I downloaded the beautiful Roses pattern. I appears correctly on my screen, but when printed is in an assortment of unintelligable letters and symbols. Any ideas.

Ann, I’m not sure what the problem is that makes your PDF not print correctly. Here are a few things to try that may work: 1)When you print a .PDF file, be sure your printer’s Page Scaling is set at “None” so all figures and templates will print at the correct size. 2)Be sure you have the latest Adobe Reader software. You can download a free version by going to get.adobe.com/reader/ 3)Try copying and pasting the URL into your browser instead of clicking on the link. 4)Try a different browser, Explorer, Safari, Firefox, for example.
