Crock Pot Peanut Clusters

2 packages white chocolate bark, break into pieces
1 12 oz. package milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon oil
2 pounds peanuts, roasted and salted (could also use pecans or almonds)
 
Place the bark, chocolate chips, cocoa, and oil in your crock pot (I used my Instant Pot on the slow cook setting). Put the lid on and set the timer for 30 minutes at medium heat. After 30 minutes, stir the ingredients together. Set the timer for 30 more minutes and stir again. Add the salted peanuts and stir. Put the lid back on and set timer for 15 minutes to heat the peanuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. I had two sheets of waxed paper on my stovetop and 2 more sheets of waxed paper on my table. Let set for at least 2 hours. Store in tin or container with tight lid. Place a piece of waxed paper between layers.
