Here are a few details from the exhibit:

Rain Garden Close up Sandy Shie
The exhibit includes Susan Shie’s Rain Garden. Little details pop out as you absorb the story of the quilt. The little blue dress says, “She wondered if she’d messed it up. She had not!”

Lakeviews, 5 by Sally Bowker shifts the observer between far away perspectives to close up details. Notice the watercolor paper integrated into the quilt.

Leaf Fall Variation 3 Fragments
Barbara Schneider recreates nature with her Leaf Fall, Variation 3, Fragments. The attention to detail feels like a fall moment captured in time forever.
