An Appliqué Tip from Barbara Burnham

Barbara Burnham, author of Baltimore Garden Quilt, is an expert in the art of appliqué. She writes articles about appliqué, quilting techniques, and antique quilts. She is also an active participant with online groups of quilt collectors, historians, and appliqué enthusiasts. Barbara is the author of “Hand Appliqué with Coffee Filters,” published in American Quilter magazine in September, 2011.

In this video, Barbara shows us a tip for hiding thread tails to give hand appliqué a clean, finished appearance.
