Renae Haddadin and Karen Kay Buckley collaborated to make this year’s Janome America, Inc. Best of Show quilt, Fiesta Mexico, at AQS QuiltWeek™ in Paducah, Kentucky. Karen made the top using designs from Mexican pottery, and Renae repeated some of Karen’s designs in the quilting. Congratulations Renae and Karen!

Kathleen Windsor’s beautiful quilt won the 2nd Place award in the wall quilt, hand-quilted category at Lancaster this year. It took Kathleen three years to hand quilt her quilt. This was Kathleen’s first entry in an AQS show. Watch the video and see just how lovely this quilt is.
