This week’s special Quilt of the Week is called Cosmic Parade and was created by Gail Garber. Cosmic Parade combines several techniques that provide the movement seen in this quilt. Every quilt tells a story. Sometimes the story is clear, announced through the title, the choice of block or fabric, an appliqued or photo-transferred image, or even embellishment.
